About Me
My name is Irene. Having worked as a health care professional for over 35 years, I bring a wealth of clinical experience and knowledge to the Advanced Electrolysis services that I offer.
I now carry out treatments from my home based treatment room, to provide a welcoming and comfortable setting. Free parking is available on site.
About Advanced Electrolysis
Advanced Electrolysis is different to standard electrolysis which focusses on hair removal. Advanced Electrolysis is a method of treatment for various skin blemishes (such as milia, skin tags, moles etc.). It targets a particular layer of the skin which is then cauterised or lifted away, using a very fine needle and thermolysis current.
As this treatment can sometimes cause a little discomfort, I am able to administer local anaesthetic for an additional fee.
Map My Mole Service
I am affiliated with a company called Map My Mole. Where using a dermascope, I can take images of most skin lesions that will be sent directly to a Dermatologist who will provide a written report, usually within 48 hours. The fee for this starts at £75.
